This slightly messy hair wave trend is what I see everywhere these days. This trend looks sassy with short hair. Since ages I have a bob and I always used to love my straight hair but now I feel straight locks everyday makes it quite boring.
Today I will tell you how I create the best lob messy beach waves of all times 😀 This is my go to easiest way of hair styling… So start taking notes 😀
First of all start with clean, dry and properly combed hair. If they look quite flat then add a bit of mousse to add volume.
Now grab your curling rod/wand. I am currently using Remington Pearl CI95 Curling Wand. It has a heating system with a digital display. The temperature goes from 130-210 degree Celsius. I usually go for 180 degree Celsius. This temperature is good enough to get a curl in like few seconds.
Now divide your locks into 1-1.5 inch sections. Take one section and wrap it around your wand outwards (like curl or twist it away from your face). Keep it like that for 30 seconds.
The goal is to curl only the lower portion. We don’t have to do it till the roots.
Continue to curl all the sections all over your head. At times when I am in a hurry I usually leave few sections and just keep going with the ones that I can grab in a hurry.
After completing the curls allow them to cool down before going to the next step. This step is really important. We always start styling soon after curling our hair which is wrong. Your curls need a setting time.
If your scalp feels a bit oily after curler’s heat you can apply dry shampoo. Dry shampoo here can also serve as a texturizing spray.
Now just shake your curls out. With your hands go in and gently scrunch the length of hair. This will help the hair look more effortless.
For a longer stay take a styling cream, rub it between your hands like a hand cream and finger comb your hair back into their place. Smooth the ends and make them frizz free.
Tadaaaa – You are done !!!
