The 9-6 job mostly makes women forget about themselves. Can you feel your dry feet and patched skin? If you can’t get little closer to your mirror, little more closely!

There is how you are getting older without even knowing it. Irony, our skin is prone towards problems and allergies and we ignore them while keeping up with our jobs and families.

Obviously those Sundays when you are free from everything you can think about yourself. Or even if you dint give a thought to it, then this is the time you should before it gets too late. I am sharing the routine I follow on weekends. It helps me stay fresh for the next coming week and I do not have to pay anything it’s all organic from the things we have in our Kitchens.

Grab a round brush and swirl it over your body, your arms, legs back and overall except your face (brush is hard). It will increase your blood flow and decreases the look of cellulites. This is the perfect exfoliation before a bath. Finish by applying your favorite body oil all over. For Hair take a wooden comb and comb your hair almost 50 times backward and forward.

  1. Face Pack:

Take almonds and peel of their skin by dipping them in hot water for a while. Grind them and mix it with milk to make a thick paste. Apply it on your face neck and anywhere you have sunburn or patched skin. Let it dry and wash it with fresh water. Apply moisturizer after that. For better results do it twice a week. (People with acne skin should use low fat milk or add little lemon in it)

 

  1. Honey foot and hand care:

Fill a large container or tub with warm water. Pour in ½ cup honey and 2-3 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. Whisk to combine. Top the water with the lemon slices. Soak your feet/hands for 15–20 minutes. Remove from soak, dry thoroughly with a towel, and then apply Honey & Sugar Foot Scrub (Take brown sugar and add honey to make a thick paste). Rinse off with warm water and dry feet/hands completely with a towel and apply moisturizer. Save any unused portion in a lidded container and use within one month.

  1. Home Remedy for dark underarms:

Hormonal Imbalances, poor diet, excess weight, poor hygiene or excessive use of deodorants causes dark underarms. There is no sure shot cure for them, but you can reduce the pigmentation. Apply lime/lemon juice and let it dry. Wash off after sometime. It will help you reduce odor and dark color. Use lime in your bathing tub or bucket to reduce body odor. Rub some yogurt with Lime juice and wash it after it gets dry. Never use body sprays directly on your under arms and avoid antiperspirants as much as you can.

  1. Fix Blackheads:

Use lemon with fine sugar to make a homemade scrub for blackheads and with gentle circular motion exfoliate your face, lemon also helps to control oils on face. If you have dry skin then add a few drops of honey to it.

  1. DIY Eye Soothers:

Steep two chamomile, green, or black tea bags in just-boiled water for three minutes. Remove them from the water and place in the refrigerator until cooled. Place one bag over each eye and relax for 15 minutes. Or Pour ice-cold whole milk into a small bowl; soak two cotton balls in the liquid. Then squeeze out the cotton balls slightly and put one over each eye. Once the cotton balls warm up, soak two more and repeat for up to 15 minutes and keep cucumber slices after words.

  1. Avoid Stress:

I know that’s the most difficult part but that’s the thing which is killing us. Try to stay happy and love every bit of you
